Greenhouse Groups

The Greenhouse Groups are peer-learning workshops run by the International Programmes Department spanning 10 sessions over the course of several months. They aim to equip senior leaders and potential senior leaders through a format of discussions based on practical scenarios likely to be encountered by senior leaders in the course of the country programs` day to day work. The focus is on learning together and coaching each other by sharing experiences and talking about how best to address various challenges. Interest to participate in the Greenhouse Groups can be expressed to the Country Director.
